Hashimoto Ironworks (predecessor of Hashimoto Forming Industries Co., Ltd.) was founded.
February 1937
Nissan Jidosha Hanbai (Automobile Sales) Co., Ltd. (predecessor of ALTIA Co., Ltd.) was incorporated.
December 1939
Hashimoto Iron Works Co., Ltd. (predecessor of Hashimoto Forming Industries Co., Ltd.) was incorporated.
April 2004
ALTIA Co., Ltd. entered into a corporate combination agreement with Hashimoto Forming Industries Co., Ltd. to form FALTEC Co., Ltd., a holding company owned by                                  the two respective companies.
February 2005
ALTIA Co., Ltd. and Hashimoto Forming Industries Co., Ltd. merged to form ALTIA Hashimoto Co., Ltd.
October 2007
ALTIA Hashimoto Co., Ltd. absorbed Orion Techno Co., Ltd. in a merger and formed ALTIA Co., Ltd.
October 2007
FALTEC Co., Ltd. absorbed the automotive parts and accessories business of ALTIA Hashimoto Co., Ltd. in a merger and became an operating holding company.
March 2013
FALTEC's shares was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
December 2014
